FAQ's

Why doesn't Sleepinox have Melatonin?
Dr. David Mahjoubi noticed many of his patients using Melatonin woke up with morning grogginess, felt "cranky" the next day, and even had possible "short-lived" depression. Furthermore, while Melatonin is naturally occurring in the body, it is not a plant-based substance. Just as taking substances naturally occurring to the body may not be safe, e.g. Testosterone, there are not enough studies proving the safety of exogenous Melatonin.
